Hi everyone! So you may have noticed the lack of videos right after Christmas and wondered where did they go again?!

Well, we're pausing the channel for a while.

Moving from Ireland to Austria happened pretty quickly, and after a 2024 full of traveling and reconnecting with friends and family, it's time to start that process of really settling and adapting.

A big part of that for the Rum is learning German. Without some more knowledge of the language it'd be hard to make videos about the similar vein as we did with Ireland. I think it was after a 1-1.5 years in Ireland we really started to fall in love with it and started thinking about making videos.

For now, Wine & Rum is on a break while the Rum throws himself head first into learning the german language and after that… we'll see what we come back with.

We're not gone, just on break. Bis später!

Happy New Year from a pretty cold Vienna, Austria. Usually we miss fireworks in Ireland because it's very overcast. This year Vienna had fog so once again we saw no fireworks!

We went to Universal Studios Japan as our first trip to a theme park together. We were able to visit all almost all the worlds and go on the biggest rollercoaster of the park before the thunderstorms started.
