I believe in rational solutions to real problems. I believe that we have an obligation to help the less fortunate where they already live. And I believe in judgment, not based on the color of one's skin, but by the content of one's character.

The reason the homeless problem is never solved is because corrupt Democrat politicians need problems to "solve".
Problems justify more tax money that can be stolen.
Imagine if California actually solved every problem.
No government projects.
Taxes would shrink to almost nothing. Californians could keep more of their money.
Democrats need problems to justify the high tax rate so they can steal that tax money.
That's the truth.
