🎉 1,000 subscribers… honestly, it still feels a bit unreal.
Not long ago, this channel was just a simple idea: share what I’ve been learning about health for people over 60 — the kind of stuff that’s out there, but often explained in a way that’s either too vague or not practical.
Then slowly, video by video, comment by comment… I started noticing something. Real people showing up. Some of you getting back into training after years. Some saying you’ve started paying attention to your body again. Reading those messages changed everything for me.
This stopped being “just a project.”
It became a small — but very real — community.
1,000 subs isn’t a big number on YouTube. But to me, it’s 1,000 people who gave their time, trusted what I shared, and most importantly, decided to make a change for themselves.
That means a lot.
