My shower And self care Routine mostly cheap for those who can't afford it if you can't get these products use what you have!


Shampoo (twice) (scalp care set)(Hair Therapy)

Put in conditioner (scalp care set)(Hair Therapy)

Exfoliate entire body(with exfoliating gloves)(idk you can even get them at dollar tree doesn't matter)

Wash whole body(even back) (with dove original bar)

Exfoliate (with strawberry sugar scrub) (Skin-aid-medics)

(shave arms, legs, and armpits)(I use a Venus Razor)


Get out of shower


Pat dry
Deodorant (brand depends on person)

Brush teeth(I have a sonicare toothbrush but a normal toothbrush for the Dollar store works fine)(The toothpaste is Colgate Sensitive Whitening fresh mint)
