So you guys know I'm always making budget friendly upgrades in my home and I've been thinking about updating the look of my fireplace.. but now I'm re-thinking my decision, I think my idea of using slate is now too traditional looking I think .. and I'm thinking I should keep my mosaic tile... your thoughts?🤔

Easter is next week, time is going by so fast!!! Before we know it, it will be summer!
You guys know I 🖤 black and white! Those are my go to colors and that will never change however, lately I have been trying to warm up my home and introduce more color. I normally decorate using green as an accent color and that won't change as well.... BUT... lately I've been thinking about introducing another color, using florals. Can you spot it in these photos and what are your thoughts? Is this a YAY or a NAY? Let's talk about it in the comments. What do you think of this color in my home?

You know me.., I'm always walking around my home trying to think of new ways to improve it, but on a budget... Remember last year I was thinking about changing my entryway and I painted the trim around the door black and I loved it!!! Now I'm thinking again... this time about adding a decorative wallpaper to the area, to go all the way up the stairs... here's a look with AI... what do you think...the wall with the white trim won't be wall papered, so don't think about that, it will stay the same solid black, your thoughts please?🤔🧐

I'm thinking of changing out the rug in this space. I would love to change to hardwood floors, but until, I want something different for the space. I had this smaller rug laying around and I decide to lay it down on a whim, to see if I'd like a larger patterned rug in this space... what do you think of this pattern, is it too much or just enough for this room?
