I always wanted to achieve a traditional Desi look for Mehndi,
And that could only be done by wearing a lehenga.
I thought a lot, searched a lot, even went to the markets,
But nothing appealed to me.
I almost ordered so many outfits but ended up not doing it.
Just like they say whatever is written in your fate, it finds its way to you. (Rizk)
While randomly scrolling through TikTok, I came across a video,
And thatโ€™s when I ordered this 3-piece lehenga.
I got it for 10k,
Didnโ€™t tell anyone just revealed it today!

I bought the jewellery from Anarkali Bazaar in Faisalabad.
I was really excited to wear a sheesh patti with jhumkas.
The rest of the jewellery I borrowed from my sister,
Which luckily matched perfectly with mine.
But unfortunately, the sheesh patti isnโ€™t even visible
Thanks to my hair artist ๐Ÿฅฒ
Who did the dupatta setting in such a way that the whole look got hidden.

Makeup ๐Ÿ’„
Okay, so the blunder I was talking about started from hereโ€ฆ
The biggest mistake I made was with my makeup.
Everything else was perfect,
But the makeup made me look like a ghost.
I knew how my makeup was turning out,
But I kept trusting the process.
Everyone said the makeup looked good,
But I absolutely hated it.
It was so harsh and so visible
That I stayed sad throughout the entire venue
And felt really low in confidence.
My makeup even started falling apart before the event ended.
I really wanted to look different and special,
Thatโ€™s why I went to a salon for the makeup.
It was a very wellknown salon where I got it done from,
But the result? Patchy and extremely harsh makeup.
Even though I wanted a soft, glowing look.
You can clearly see in my eye makeup no blending at all.
And the worst part is, I already knew this was going to happen.
But since it was really late at night, I couldnโ€™t say anything.

You know what the worst part was?
My photographer straight-up said,
โ€œBaji, your makeup got messed up.โ€
And the next Day on the wedding Day
He even called me and said
Baji Make sure to get your Makeup done nicely
