Don't ever let anyone tell you that if you use AI the end result will be slop. All that matters is can you deliver something readers enjoy. If you can do that, you've done your job well.

GEMINI 3 vs CLAUDE 4.5 OPUS

Okay, before I film my video with my thoughts on 4.5 Opus, I wanted to get your opinion on these two example chapters. These are based on the first chapter of an outline for an urban fantasy novel. One was written with Gemini 3 and the other with Claude 4.5 Opus, but I'm not saying which did which.

If you could spare a moment, can you read through both of them, and tell me which you prefer? Don't just look at the prose, I'd love it if you could think through the overall feel of the chapter as a whole, about how well the character came off the page for you, etc. You can vote in the poll and leave me your thoughts in the comments.
