I am Prof. Savio P. Falleiro, an academician with over three decades of experience in teaching and academic administration. I have served as Head of the Department of Economics at Rosary College, Navelim (Goa), and as Vice Principal for 22 years, and later as Principal of Fr. Agnel College, Pilar, where the institution secured the highest rank in Goa in terms of NAAC CGPA (A+). I currently serve as the first Managing Director of the Goa State Research Foundation, established by the Government of Goa.
My academic interests include Health Economics and the Economics of Ageing. My book, Economic Impact of HIV/AIDS on Households (SAGE), was among bestsellers in its genres.
