⚡ Energy Conservation: Bangladesh Implements New Work Schedule!

The Government has rescheduled the office timings for all government and non-government offices across the country from 05.04.2026 until further notice as follows:

1️⃣Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
2️⃣Friday and Saturday: Weekly Holiday.
3️⃣Emergency services shall remain outside the scope of this new office schedule.
4️⃣Following the instructions of the Cabinet Division’s letter dated 04.04.2026, banks and financial institutions will set their own timings. Bangladesh Bank will take necessary measures to set banking services from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
5️⃣The Honorable Supreme Court will provide necessary instructions regarding the office timings for Courts.
6️⃣For industrial organizations/factories and institutions in the private sector, the Ministry of Labour and Employment will provide necessary instructions in accordance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006.

🎈 সাফল্যের গোপন সূত্র:
আপনি কি আপনার কর্মজীবনে "সাকসেসফুল" হতে চান? তবে এই গল্পটি আপনার জন্য।

✅সকাল দশটা। অফিসের শান্ত পরিবেশে হঠাৎ এক ভিন্ন চিত্র। বস ঘরে ঢুকলেন হাতে একগুচ্ছ ঝলমলে রঙিন বেলুন নিয়ে। কেউ বুঝতে পারল না কী হচ্ছে!
বস হাসিমুখে বললেন, "একটি করে বেলুন নিন এবং তার উপর আপনাদের নাম লিখুন।"
কর্মীরা অবাক, কিন্তু নির্দেশ মানল। প্রত্যেকে নিজ নিজ বেলুনে নাম লিখল।
বস বললেন, "এবার বেলুনগুলো ছুঁড়ে দিন! আর তারপর... নিজের বেলুনটি খুঁজে বের করুন!"
মুহূর্তেই শুরু হলো হুলস্থূল। সবাই পাগলের মতো লাফিয়ে উঠলো, অন্যের বেলুন সরাতে চাইল, কেবল নিজের নাম লেখা বেলুনটি ধরার জন্য। কিন্তু বেলুনগুলো কেবল এদিক-ওদিক ভেসে গেল। পাঁচ মিনিট পর সবাই হাঁপাচ্ছে, হতাশ; একটি বেলুনও কেউ ধরতে পারেনি।
সব বেলুন মেঝেতে পড়ে আছে।

✅বস বললেন, "দেখলেন? যখন সবাই কেবল নিজের সাফল্য নিয়েই দৌড়ায়, তখন এই বিশৃঙ্খলা হয়, আর কেউ জেতে না।"
এরপর তিনি শেষ নির্দেশ দিলেন:
"এখন, আপনার কাছাকাছি থাকা যে কোনো একটি বেলুন ধরুন... এবং যার নাম লেখা আছে, তাকে সেটি দিয়ে দিন!"
এবার দৃশ্য বদলে গেল। ঠেলাঠেলি নয়, বরং সহযোগিতার হাত বাড়াল সবাই।
"এটা কি আপনার, ম্যাডাম?"
"এই নিন আপনার বেলুন!"

✅দুই মিনিটেরও কম সময়ের মধ্যে, পুরো ঘরটি উন্মত্ত বিশৃঙ্খলা থেকে সুসংগঠিত কর্মে পরিবর্তিত হলো। প্রতিটি বেলুন সফলভাবে উদ্ধার করে তার সঠিক মালিকের কাছে ফিরিয়ে দেওয়া হলো। তারা সবাই পাশাপাশি দাঁড়িয়ে, তাদের নিজেদের সাফল্য হাতে নিয়ে।
বস হাসলেন। "এটাই এই অফিসে এবং জীবনে সাফল্যের গোপন রহস্য।"

"যখন সবাই অন্যদের তাদের সাফল্য খুঁজে পেতে সাহায্য করার দিকে মনোযোগ দেয়, তখন আপনার নিজের সাফল্য স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে নিশ্চিত হয়।"

একটি সত্যিকারের সহযোগী পরিবেশে, আপনার সহকর্মীরা আপনার সাফল্যের মাধ্যম হয়ে ওঠে, এবং আপনি তাদের সাফল্যের মাধ্যম হন। প্রকৃত সাফল্য একা ধরা যায় না; এটি একটি সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টা, যা এক হাত থেকে অন্য হাতে পৌঁছে যায়।
