I am Audriana, a physical therapist, 200-hr certified yoga teacher, and trauma-informed yoga teacher.
I have a passion for using movement to help people who have experienced trauma, who live with chronic pain, or anyone who feels disconnected from their body because of their physical or mental health. This channel consists of gentle, choice-based movement that prioritizes safety and nervous system care, and nervous system regulation practices to help you reconnect with yourself. I hope this channel brings you tools to find joy in movement and your body.
