Top 3 tips for harnessing emotional freedom:
1. You are only responsible for your own happiness. The idea of fixing or changing another can create both frustration and disappointment. Give yourself permission for all of your feelings, Find what brings you joy with a simple practice of journaling three things you feel good about in your life right and let them become a stepping effect of greater happiness.
2.Align yourself with actions, people and situations that nurture, honor and elevate you. Life is too short to allow other people to rain on your parade. Reflect upon the habit practices, relationships and experiences that nourish you and invite more of that into your life.
3.Treat yourself like you would the person you cherish the most in your life. Your relationship with yourself is your key to the greatest treasure in your life. The way you love, accept, forgive and authentically honor yourself is the way you invite the universe and everything in it to treat you.
