hello my beautiful friends🤗, I have some big news!

When I started The Greenhouse back in 2021, I had high hopes but no expectations. I had hoped to create a corner of the internet where people from all over felt safe and excited to yap at all hours of the day, read good (and sometimes bad) books together, and build friendships that last. I really am proud of everything I've been able to do here, and that's why after all this time, it felt like The Greenhouse was deserving of a little makeover!💓 www.patreon.com/c/bysydsyd

I've simplified the tiers, to start! Which is very exciting because now, The Nightcrawler Book Club is included in every tier!!

🌱in the (Book)Worm tier you will have access to everything mentioned in the graphic above. this tier is best for those interested in book club and chatting in reading sprints!

The Wildflower tier will absolutely still include Book Club, but also will include some realllyyy cool things that i'm excited about🙂‍↕️

these exclusive extras will include Didn't Do the Reading Epilogues, Side Quest Vlogs (where I spend time vlogging just for y'all and focus on a side quest I'm involved in, it could be something like junk journaling, or learning to skateboard, or write my WIP!), Gaming Streams (once i figure out the capture card situation, i'm very excited to stream games monthly at least!), of course you will still get the Fantasy Welcome Postcard and Stickers, as well as Voting Power and TBR control/Prompt decision power!

🌻the Wildflower tier is best for those who love book club and are also wanting extra content while supporting me in a bigger way at the same time!!
The previous Ecosystem tier is now called Pond and I've included a new tier named Fountain! (water features found in a greenhouse perhaps hehe)

Hello friends!! I wanted to make an official post letting you know that Syd BookWorrom has evolved into her final form which is now By SydSyd!!! This lil rebrand has been a long time coming, but I just recently started actively thinking about taking the steps to do it. And thanks to a bout of hyper fixation when I should be editing…here we are!WELCOME TO BY SYDSYD!! :)

What should you expect from my channel now?
virtually nothing will be changing content wise, I AM STILL A BOOK FOCUSED CHANNEL! :) but having this new ‘title’ gives me the emotional/mental space to post more freely about all of my other hobbies and creative pursuits, like writing, ceramics, gaming, etc.
Again, I am still a booktuber! No one panic! But I am so excited to have this mental freedom to post even *more* about my passions that venture outside of reading :)

Why By SydSyd?
SydSyd was the first screen name I made for myself on Old School Runescape as a kid, and I have loved it ever since. All of my Apple products have “SydSyd” engraved on them for heck’s sake lol. The ‘by’ is just a byline, indicating the literary portion of myself and also to encompass the focal spot where I will be talking about all of my STUFF like books, writing, and my pottery (SydSyd Ceramics!) that I hope is going somewhere someday to be sold on our small biz The Byline Studio (more to come on that later)…
…but you see how it all kind of goes together? I hope so, because I’m really excited, and I as always am so happy and grateful to have you here.
