I am a mother who think ideas to teach kid in diff ways and want to help many parents who need it really.
Channel is for parents o small kids, school students as well as the students who are preparing for govt jobs may get benefitted. The motive of creating this channel is to help those students and parents who want to teach and learn themselves as they cant afford expensive coaching classes.
I will try to contribute as much as I can through my gained knowledge and experience., will share tips and tricks also so that things can be understood easily and in short time.

LearnBeyondSchool is an Online Arts School. We facilitate online visual arts lessons for 5-15 year-old
children, apart from offering lessons for other life skills. Our methodology for teaching is unique as
we have taken a career-oriented, international approach to arts education.
Job Title – Visual Arts Faculty
We are looking for instructors/ facilitators for offering visual arts lessons (drawing and painting),
online to 5-15 year old kids.
If you have a passion for the arts and you want to bring a fresh perspective to arts education, then
this is your opportunity to make a difference. Our curriculum is designed keeping an arts-based
therapeutic approach at the heart of it. We are focussed on building a solid foundation in painting
techniques, while respecting the innate creativity of the child. This process helps to bring out the
artist inside kids. We call this, the Inside-Out approach.
Being a Facilitator at LearnBeyondSchool requires a flexible mindset, creativity and a desire to
constantly align with the child’s needs.
Location & Work hours:
● All classes are online and will always be offered online. As long as you have a stable internet
connection, you can work from anywhere and everywhere
● Flexible 25 hours per week
○ You can choose your preferred 25 hours between 3 PM to 8 PM on weekdays and 11
am to 4 pm on weekends
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Understanding the curriculum at LearnBeyondSchool and contributing to it with fresh ideas,
keeping in mind the ‘Inside-Out Ideology’
● Engaging with the students and delivering the session as per the session plan but
improvising, as and when required
● Understanding the students needs and encouraging them to bring out the best in them
● Encouraging creativity and boosting learning outcomes for the students
Preferred Qualifications:
● A degree in Visual Arts and/ or a keen inclination towards arts education
● Excellent communication skills
● Deep-rooted understanding of painting techniques
● Prior experience in facilitating/ engaging with students (preferably kids) using the online
modality
● Strong interest in teaching and Pedagogy Design
*Those wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
