In reality the law isn't that complex, and so neither are my videos, they are short, quick to the point and designed to break down complicated legal jargon into simple, actionable advice. ITS VOTE TIME: Is this the beginning of the end for Jury Trials in England and Wales. Huge new Labour reform proposes to significantly reduce Jury Trials for many crimes in place of private judgements. An 800 year old tradition and right to a fair trial is to be removed. Do you agree????
