Newsletter: Volume 3 | Issue 5 | May 2026 Together We Rise - WinVinaya InfoSystems Inclusion does not happen by accident. It is built β one document, one workshop, one classroom at a time. Three stories. One belief: technology should work for everyone.
73 students with hearing and speech impairments in rural Tamil Nadu went from near-zero digital skills to typing at 30 WPM, building GenAI prompts, and presenting live - in 7 months. Average scores moved from 15.8% to 74.5%.
We have audited 8 websites - uncovering critical WCAG 2.1 gaps, validated by persons with disabilities. Each client walked away with a clear, certified path to compliance.
20+ daily emails to leadership, replaced by one clean automated, consolidated report every morning. Built on Microsoft Power Automate. Zero manual effort.
Across classrooms, compliance, and operations, one principle holds: When technology is designed with intention, inclusion becomes foundation.
"I could code. That was enough."
That was Dharanipathy's mindset a year ago.
Accessibility? Inclusion?
Just HR buzzwords.
Then something changed.
He built a document remediation solution.
A visually impaired learner opened the file - and read it independently for the first time.
No help. No intermediary.
Just access.
That moment shifted everything.
- Enabled learners with visual impairment to access education independently
- Trained fresh graduates in Java, Selenium, Playwright and CI/CD
- Conducted WCAG accessibility testing for a financial services platform
- Trained Persons with Disabilities in Python and Flask development
- Completed the DAO Certification on NammAcademy
- And started learning sign language. Not because he had to, but because it mattered
"I stopped seeing inclusion as something I do for disabled people. I started seeing it as something I do with them."
This is what inclusion looks like in practice. Not policy.
Not intention.
When people are capable, systems must keep up. This monthβs stories show how thoughtful systemsβdigital, educational, and culturalβquietly unlock inclusion and scale: - How a ππππππ ππππππ πͺπΉπ΄ replaced scattered spreadsheetsβbringing clarity, coordination, and measurable cost savings - Why ππππππ-ππππ π ππ πππππππ begins with confidence and capability, not just technology - How ππππππππππππππ πππππππππ ππππ πππππ through real-world, user-led testing - What becomes ππππππππ ππππ πππππππππππππ ππ π πππππβthrough sign language, culture, and mutual respect
The Constitution of India promises equality, dignity, and participation . But these values become real only when systems are built so everyone can learn and contribute.
Marimuthu grew up with visual impairment in classrooms that werenβt designed for him. Access was limited, and learning was isolating. Equality existed in principle, but not yet in practice.
That changed in an inclusive school, where access was created without lowering expectations.
Years later, Marimuthu became the first in his family to earn a masterβs degree. Today, he trains students with visual impairment on digital skills and guiding them toward independence.
In those classrooms, he is not defined by disability. He is respected for what he contributes.
That is the Republic in action.
At WinVinaya, we connect education with skills and employability for persons with disabilities. Through WinVinaya InfoSystems, we help institutions build inclusion into their systemsβthrough assistive technology awareness, accessible learning materials, and train-the-trainer programs.
Because equality is not just written in the Constitution. It must be designed into everyday life.

When dignity reaches everyone, the Republic grows stronger.
Rajat is a teacher with hearing and speech impairment.
He uses Copilot to create visuals that make lessons clearer and more engaging for his students.
Suresh, also a person with hearing and speech impairment, uses ChatGPT to create a proposal for a middle school to introduce digital learning . In just a few minutes, AI helps him complete nearly 70% of the structure and language, while he adds his own thinking, context, and educational intent.
For both of them, AI is not about replacement.
It is about working smarter, faster, and with confidence.
Through its VidVruksha program, WinVinaya InfoSystems introduces AI as a learning and expression enablerβhelping teachers and students communicate ideas more clearly, reduce barriers, and participate meaningfully in classrooms.
This is how inclusion begins:
when technology supports thinking, not replaces it.
For Schools, Colleges & NGOs
VidVruksha empowers educators through train-the-trainer programs, enabling institutions to use AI responsibly to enhance teaching, learning, and digital readiness.
December was not about ticking a DEI checkbox. It was about turning awareness into action.
This month at WinVinaya InfoSystems, inclusion showed up where it matters most β inside workplaces and learning spaces.
β¨ Employees with disabilities explored self-awareness, confidence, and career growth π Deaf school teachers became learners again through soft skills and experiential sessions under VidVruksha π Teams experienced inclusion through ISL, accessibility, and lived realities β not theory π’ Conversations moved from compliance to culture during accessibility and DAO engagements π‘ DAO learning journeys sparked reflection, empathy, and everyday responsibility
December reminded us that inclusive workplaces are not built in a day. They are built when awareness becomes empathy, empathy becomes action, and action becomes culture.
As we step into the new year, we look forward to working with schools, corporates, and institutions that want to build inclusion with intent and continuity.
If your organization is ready to move beyond intention and practice real inclusion, letβs connect.
Empowering Deaf Education Starts With Empowering Teachers
As part of our VidVruksha Project, we had the privilege yesterday of facilitating a Soft Skills Rejuvenation Session for the dedicated teachers of one of the Deaf School in Tiruvannamalaiβand what unfolded was truly transformative.
Over the past few months, our engagement with these teachers has included a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer journey: β¨ Training in Indian Sign Language β¨ Training on GenAI tools to create interactive PPTs and curriculum materials β¨ Co-creating a computer curriculum for Deaf students of Classes 6β9 β¨ And finally, a hands-on Soft Skills workshop to strengthen adaptability, teamwork, creativity, and confidence
What inspired us deeply was watching these teachers, who navigate syllabus pressures, limited resources, and established routines β step into the role of learners again.
In just two hours, they: π Explored creativity through movement, games, reflection, and visual expression π Tested adaptability with brain-teasers and collaborative challenges π Stepped beyond rote teaching into playful, experiential methods π Imagined how art, storytelling, visuals, and technology can transform their classrooms π Understood why shifting from oral-only methods to a bilingual approach (ISL + spoken language) is essential, especially with learners ranging from hard-of-hearing to profoundly Deaf
This experience reminded us of something important: Teachers are not resistant. They are simply waiting for fresh ideas, accessible tools, and encouragement. When given the space to explore, they unlock immense creativity and joy.
True systemic change in Deaf education begins at the ground levelβ with empowered, confident teachers who can inspire their students to learn, express, and thrive.
At WinVinaya, we believe that when we support teachers, we uplift entire ecosystems of learners.
If you believe in: π± Inclusive and accessible classrooms π± Bilingual education for Deaf children π± Creative and experiential teaching methods π± Empowering teachers with modern skills and GenAI π± Bringing technology + sign language into every Deaf school
Join us in creating a ripple effect. Together, letβs build a future where Deaf children learn not by memorizingβ¦ β¦but by expressing, exploring, creating, and flourishing.
Letβs grow this movementβ one empowered teacher at a time. π
Empowering Careers Begins With Self-Awareness As part of our International Day of Persons with Disabilities engagements this month, we facilitated a powerful soft skills session for employees with disabilities from a leading MNC β and what emerged was truly meaningful.
Many candidates see getting a job in an MNC as the final destination. But once they enter the corporate world, they often find themselves unsure of how to navigate growth, communicate confidently, or recognize their own achievements.
Through a blend of movement, drama-based activities, and reflective conversations, this session helped participants:
β¨ Discover their strengths β¨ Present their achievements with confidence β¨ Understand what taking initiative looks like β¨ Explore proactive learning for career growth β¨ Reflect on βWhere am I now, and where do I want to go next?β
What stood out was the spark β a shift from just working to wanting to grow. Change doesnβt happen in one session, but this experience showed that with the right support, employees begin building the mindset and habits needed to shape their own career path.
At WinVinaya InfoSystems, we believe inclusion goes far beyond hiring. Itβs about empowering individuals to rise, evolve, and thrive in their workplaces.
π If your organization is committed to truly enabling employees with disabilities to grow, connect with us: info@winvinaya.com. We would be happy to facilitate this transformative session for your teams as well.

TOGETHER WE RISE WinVinaya InfoSystems Volume 6 | Issue 3 | March 2026
Inclusion isn't built in a single moment. It is built through systems, partnerships, and people who choose to grow.
This month, three stories reflect that belief in action.
β’ Accessibility embedded into regulated financial infrastructure - WCAG-aligned audits across Web, Android, and iOS ensured equal participation in capital markets, not just compliance.
β’ Inclusion scaled beyond the organisation - at the Coalition of the Willing in Delhi, WinVinaya InfoSystems joined a national movement, bringing grounded, tested models to a larger ecosystem.
β’ A developer's journey redefined - Dharanipathy came to write code. One year later, he was training Persons with Disabilities, remediating documents for visually impaired learners, and learning sign language. Inclusion had changed him.
When inclusion is the architecture, not the afterthought, its impact compounds.
