Most people who want to learn guitar get discouraged for one simple reason: They’re told to start with pieces that are not for beginners. “Lágrima.”“Spanish Romance.”
I studied classical guitar through music school (1st and 2nd degree) and later at the Academy od Music. I also taught in schools. And I can tell you this clearly: No one as a beginner starts reading the notes that go beyond 7th position and include barre chords from the very beginning. That’s simply not how solid technique is built. Instead of throwing you into advanced repertoire, I created a step-by-step path using carefully selected pieces and exercises (list of pieces below in the pictures). Each piece has a purpose: ⭐️to help you read music naturally, ⭐️to develop alternating fingers without tension, ⭐️to introduce arpeggios in a musical way, ⭐️to guide you through chords progressively, ⭐️and to build a foundation that actually supports your growth.
