I arrived in Barcelona on a night train from Madrid with just €400 in my bank account, two backpacks, and a big dream.

I had left behind a relationship, a job, and a lease in pursuit of the unknown.
It was a now-or-never moment.

And nothing could have prepared me for what came next.

Within weeks, I lost my job. I was eating once a day. I walked the streets of an unfamiliar city searching for work and somewhere to live. The “friend” who had offered me a place to stay turned out to have ulterior motives.

It was one of the hardest periods of my life.

But strangely, I still walked those streets with a smile on my face. Deep down, I knew I had made the right decision. I had not been happy in Madrid, and despite the uncertainty, I felt proud of myself for taking the leap.

Many moons later, I’m still here.

There have been highs and lows, successes and setbacks, but through it all I have learned to trust my inner guidance. Somehow, it has always led me back to safety, presence, and unexpected blessings.

That’s why it feels meaningful to have this side of my journey featured in Bold Journey, a publication that highlights resilience, personal growth, and the often invisible stories behind people’s achievements.

Social media tends to celebrate the triumphs, but the struggle is just as important. Sometimes even more so. The difficult chapters shape us in ways success alone never could.

Big news: today I’m featured in Closer magazine with a double-page spread, on UK newsstands this week

For anyone outside the UK, Closer is one of the country's best-known weekly lifestyle magazines, reaching hundreds of thousands of readers across print, digital and social platforms.

I’ve done a lot of press over the years and, while media exposure can be exciting, there is always a small part of me that wonders:

Will I be represented in the way I want?

When your work touches topics like pleasure, intimacy and wellness, you surrender a little control every time you hand over your story.

So I’m very happy to say that I’m genuinely pleased with how this one turned out.

For me, this is about more than personal visibility.

I see it as another sign that conversations around pleasure, intimacy and s xu l wellness are continuing to move further into the mainstream.

That feels important.

Because when I started talking openly about these subjects years ago, they occupied a very different place in public conversation.

So today feels like a win not only for me, but also for a sector that continues to evolve, grow and create more open conversations.

If you're in the UK, keep an eye out for it on the newsstands 👀

How do you see yourself?
This one idea can quietly decide the entire direction of your life.

“Our self-image prescribes the limits for the accomplishment of any particular goals. It prescribes the ‘area of the possible.’”

From Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz.

I started a book club yesterday with a deeply analytical friend.

We’re reading Psycho-Cybernetics.

And within 20 minutes, we were already debating what actually shapes self-image.

Because here’s the uncomfortable truth:
You don’t see reality as it is.
You see reality through your self-image.

I first discovered this book through Gabriela Rosa on my podcast.
She called it life-changing.
She was right.

I had already read it once.
But this time hits differently.

Because now I’m noticing something deeper:
Self-image isn’t just internal.
It’s built from feedback.
Especially early feedback.
How people reacted to you.
What they mirrored back to you.
What they reinforced about you.

And yes, we like to say:
“Don’t seek external validation.”
But let’s be honest.

Is it really possible to form a self-concept in a vacuum?
Or are other people not validation… but data?

Signals. Feedback. Mirrors.

And the question becomes:
Whose feedback are you still living inside of?

Yesterday we read the first chapter and I kept coming back to one phrase:
“The area of the possible.”

Because most people are not limited by ability.
They are limited by what they believe is available to them.
And that belief is shaped quietly, over time.

This is why I’m revisiting this book.
Not just to understand it.
But to upgrade my own self-image.

Because if that changes…
everything else follows.

Do you find it easy to generate new ideas?
Or do you ever feel stuck, second-guessing your decisions, or disconnected from your intuition?
I
The ability to:
👁️see opportunities before others do
👁️trust your instincts when making decisions
👁️think creatively under pressure
👁️cut through noise and focus on what actually matters

All of this is linked to your internal state.
In more traditional terms, this is often associated with the “third eye”—your centre of intuition, perception, and insight.

When it’s balanced, you tend to experience:
👁️clearer thinking
👁️ stronger intuition
👁️ more creative flow
👁️better decision-making

When it’s blocked, it can feel like:
👁️ overthinking
👁️lack of direction
👁️mental fog
👁️ creative stagnation

This is something I’ve been exploring more deeply through meditation, and it’s had a real impact not just on my personal life, but on how I create, lead, and make decisions.

That’s why I’ve created a new affirmations meditation focused on activating clarity, intuition, and creative flow.

If you’re curious about accessing ideas more easily and making decisions with more confidence, you might find it valuable.

I use natural, mono ingredient, edible cosmetics. After all, skin is our biggest organ.

Let me know if you’re interested in exploring this topic and I’ll make a video about it, with what I use. I’m a total minimalist and every this I use is organic, natural and simple to use.

I stopped using products with long list of ingredients that I can’t pronounce a long time ago.

Let me know your thoughts.

This is a green clay mask. I bought it in powder form and I mixed it with some organic apple cider vinegar and mineral water. Cheap, simple and highly effective.

Time is your most valuable asset… and nowhere do I feel that more than with my hair.

Because hair is time, literally. Months, sometimes years, of patience, consistency, and care. I’ve made a commitment to treat it that way, less heat, no aggressive styling, fewer shortcuts, more respect for the process. And that requires patience. Real patience.

Which is why going to the hairdresser used to feel stressful. Not relaxing. Stressful.

You say, “I’m growing my hair, just a trim please,” they nod… and then suddenly inches are gone. Just like that. Months of growth undone in one appointment. It’s such a small moment, but it carries this underlying frustration because you trusted them, and they overrode you.

And that’s the thing. It’s not just about hair. It’s about being heard.

When you’re growing your hair, every centimetre matters. Every decision matters. It’s a long game, and you feel it when someone doesn’t respect that.

That’s why finding a hairdresser you trust changes everything. Someone who listens, who understands your intention, who works with you instead of deciding for you.

I’m so glad I found mine.

Have you ever had this happen?

I don’t often talk about what goes on behind the scenes, but this project has been different.

Over the past months, I’ve been working late nights, weekends, and in every spare moment to bring something to life that has been building for years.
17 years of experience, content, client work, conversations, and personal exploration… distilled into one place.

Not as information overload, but as something people can actually use.
Turning all of that into micro-lessons, guided practices, pleasure prompts, meditations, and embodied exercises has been one of the most intense creative processes I’ve gone through.

Because it’s not just about sharing knowledge. It’s about translating something deeply personal and experiential into a format that creates real transformation for someone else.

There were moments where it felt simple, and many moments where it didn’t.
Refining. Simplifying. Removing what isn’t essential. Keeping what truly creates impact.

This is the work people don’t always see.
But it’s also the work that matters most.

The result is the Personal Pleasure Coaching App, a 12-week guided journey designed to help people reconnect with their body, build confidence, and explore pleasure in a more conscious way.

It feels very different to anything I’ve created before, because it brings everything together in one place.

If you’ve followed my work for a while, this is the most complete expression of it so far.
