Happy New Year to everyone. All the best for 2024
My 2023 has been a terrible year for me due to poor health and having to get a Liver Transplant in May and all the other stuff related to that. The issues are still causing a few wee trips to the hospital.
I will get back to doing more regular updates and videos over the next few weeks.

Just to let everybody know that I got discharged from hospital on Tuesday and have been tired and trying to work out my pain relief meds. etc.
I'll do a vblog tomorrow to provide an update of the last weeks journey and finally getting a diagnosis of what is causing the chronic pain in my back
