The 11 lines between your brows form because of a combination of muscles that contract when you concentrate, squint at a screen, feel stressed or frown.

Over years of repeated movement that contraction becomes the default. The muscle forget how to relax. And the skin above fold into a permanent creases.

This is why working on the muscle and the fascia underneath is what actually changes things. Not what you put on top of it.

Taping is one approach. It creates physical feedback every time the muscle tries to contracts so it gradually learns to stay relaxed even while you work and concentrate.

Massage and fascia release is another way. Because releasing the tension and improving circulation helps the fold to soften.

Both work on the root cause. Neither one is a serum.
So you can stop trying to find the next miracle product.

Drop a 🙋‍♀️ below if you didn’t know this and you’re ready to release the tension thats actually causing your 11 lines.

If you have Marionette lines - this is for you:

Marionette lines are a combination of
1: pull from below (from the neck and chest)
2: local tension in the chin area itself
3: jaw tension (shifts the angle of the lower face)
4: a lack of lifting support from the cheeks.
5: posture
6. water retention

You can’t get rid of them by only treating one of the puzzle pieces. They all play together.

You know what’s not gonna help either? more anti-ageing products, wearing a red light mask or sliding/rubbing over the line.

Marionette lines are not loss of collagen, not a surface wrinkle, not lack of hydration. it’s the symptom of a structural imbalance.

Drag from below and lack of support from above.

Because of that there is no quick fix solution. You need a systemic approach to bring balance back to ALL the different areas and tissues mentioned above.

Only then the corners of your mouth can lift and marionette lines finally begin to soften.

Watch my latest video and follow the massage tutorial to start smoothing your Marionette lines and prevent them from becoming deeper.

Notice a little fold next to your nostrils?

This usually is fluid trapped in the tissues and tension in the little muscles that is located along the side of the nose.

This move helps to release tensions and free up congested lymph nodes next to your nostrils.

And then this spot naturally soften & smooth without filler.

So if you want this bunch up to smoothen instead of getting bigger don’t wait, watch the video and follow along as we massage this area:

👀👀 Dark circles under the eyes are not one problem.

Most people try to fix them with creams, patches, or cucumber slices.

But in reality, dark circles usually come from anatomy, blood flow, oxygen levels, genetics or aging. (Not the wrong serum)

The skin under the eyes has only 6 cellular layers and almost no subcutaneous fat.
That makes this area extremely vulnerable. Any change in blood circulation, oxygen supply, or pigmentation shows up immediately.

There are 7 real causes of dark circles:

• oxygen deficiency and chronic fatigue
• too much screen time and eye strain
• alcohol and smoking damaging blood vessels
• aging, posture, and neck tension
• genetics and inherited pigmentation
• deep-set eyes and naturally thin skin
• medical conditions that should never be ignored

Some of these causes you can fix.
Some you can improve.
And some, you need to understand and stop fighting.

The most important part is knowing which category you fall into, so you don’t waste time and money on solutions that don’t apply to you.

Question for you:
Have your dark circles been there since childhood, or did they appear later in life?

I’m a facialist who works in an industry that profits off your insecurity.

But I didn’t get into this work to make you feel ‘less than.’ I got into it because touch, release and circulation can make you feel connected and heal the parts of you that you reject
.
Aging to me means you take care of your face because you love it and not because you’re trying to fix it every little thing.

I love my work: in the treatment room and teaching you how to massage your own face. But let’s not forget where the real glow comes from:

You taking care of yourself from a place of love - neither neglecting nor over-obsessing 😘

You're waking up puffy and this is why.

You're sleeping on your pillow in a way that compresses your lymph nodes behind your ear and down your neck, or you're carrying tension in your SCM (sternocleidomastoid muscle) from stress and bad posture all day.

It makes SO much sense because you can literally feel the tightness there when you press on it.

The reality is this tension isn't just making your neck sore—it's also:
* Blocking lymphatic drainage from your entire face
* Keeping fluid trapped around your eyes and jawline
* Pulling your facial tissue downward through fascial connections
* Making your face look swollen, tired, and less defined

If you want to identify 10 signs of aging in your face (and learn the exact massage techniques to fix them) grab my free guide:
