Hey, I'm Ryan — welcome to Ryan Colors!

I'm a professional baker who is also completely obsessed with adult coloring and Copic markers. This channel is where I share that obsession with anyone who gets it.

I've been on quite a journey to get here — card making, a hand injury that forced me to rethink how I create, years of taking coloring classes and learning fundamentals — and now I'm at a point where I just want to color, experiment, and figure out my own style. This channel is me doing that out loud.

You'll see a lot of Copic markers, honest experiments that don't always go perfectly, and genuine excitement about this hobby that I've loved for years. I'm not here to teach you the "right" way to do anything. I'm just here to color and bring you along for the ride.

Card 2 of 5 from the ink smushed backgrounds!

This one’s giving me more vintage vibes with those purples and pinks. I actually cut up one of those background dies to use as flower accents - you know, waste not want not! And I created my own little shadow behind that gold “hello” die cut because it needed some extra dimension.

I like how some of the flower pieces kind of disappear into the background while others pop right out. Sometimes you just have to work with what the ink gives you.

Three more cards to go this week. The YouTube video shows the whole process including my little die-cutting tricks.

🦋CARD REVEAL #1!✨

So remember that ink smusher tutorial I did? Well, I actually turned those messy backgrounds into cards, and this is the first one.

I love how the chaotic rainbow background plays against that detailed butterfly stamp. Sometimes the best cards come from the most unexpected combinations, you know?

The “It’s All Perspective” sentiment felt perfect for this one.
