I bought this kit because I wanted a “special” edition of the RG RX-78-2. Granted when I pre-ordered this kit I was still fairly new to building Gunpla and didn’t realize this is the exact same build up as the version 1 RG, though it comes with some other gimmicks and waterslides.

So now I sit here debating if I should build it at all OR let it sit in the box for an indefinite amount of time as a cool collectors piece.

Outside of that I will be working on a new video, I can’t say when it’ll be out, but just know I’ll be working on it.

As I have been going through my thoughts about the channel and what changes I would want to make, the one question that I keep coming back to is "do I miss it?"

This is a question with some nuance to it really

So yes, I do miss the end result of getting the video(s) uploaded and out in the wild, but I do not miss the fact that it has become a second full time job.

Will I be abandoning the channel, probably not, however I think I am going to pace myself with content when it comes to kit reviews and treat this more like a part time job and as I get time.

With that said I am going to be starting the Gundam Card Game beginning tomorrow and do know that I will begin creating shorts around cracking those packs. Especially since these videos are typically a lot less work and easier to manage.

I do appreciate your patience and with some time I will be releasing a new video that is hopefully better quality than they have been in the past.

I am just letting yall know that im alive and that I finally finished the MGSD Wing Zero Custom.

I know its only been 6 days since my last post, but I can say that this hiatus is nice and though im not really doing a lot of other things outside of daily household and husband routine, the fact that im not fighting with time to create content is quite nice.

On that topic, I have thought some about future content creation and I have some ideas, but I also want to make sure that I come back with a different approach and not a lot of the same. So format, style, and presentation will ultimately be re-imagined and my creator space will also evolve a bit as well.

It may be a few weeks before that point, so thank you for being patient and the support while I navigate the future of this channel.

After some careful consideration over the past several days—even before the release of the MG Jesta video—I’ve decided to take a hiatus from content creation and the channel for the time being.

Stepping back will allow me the opportunity to evaluate the direction of the channel and reflect on the creative and strategic choices I’ve made. While recent trends in engagement and performance have prompted this decision, I see it as a chance to thoughtfully assess how I approach content and determine whether, and in what form, I might continue in the future.

I truly appreciate the support and interest the channel has received up to this point. This isn’t necessarily a farewell, but rather a moment of reflection and recalibration.

Working on the MGSD

Everytime I looked at the box in my backlog I kept telling myself I’ll build it soon, well here I am actually getting this thing built.

It’s an interesting kit to say the least and I’ll be putting my thoughts to video soon!
