I am launching Notes from Unstoppable Woman, a space for reflections on Inner Authority, self-trust and the decisions that shape our lives.

The first edition explores the quiet cost of abandoning ourselves under pressure.

I invite you to read, subscribe and reflect:

Where in your life do you already know the answer but are still looking outside yourself for permission?

Every decision is more than a choice. It’s evidence.

When we repeatedly postpone decisions we already know we need to make, we slowly teach ourselves that our own judgment isn’t enough. Over time, hesitation becomes self-doubt.

Self-trust isn’t built by always making the perfect decision. It’s built by making the next honest one.

What’s one decision you’ve been postponing lately?

Our first Inner Authority Room.

Today, 25 people gathered for something I hope will grow into a long tradition.

Not a webinar.
Not a masterclass.

A monthly room where we pause, reflect, ask better questions, and strengthen our Inner Authority—together.

Every month, we’ll meet.
Every month, we’ll learn.
Every month, we’ll return a little more to ourselves.

This photo is more than a screenshot.

It’s the beginning of a community.

If you couldn’t join this month, don’t worry. There will be another room, another conversation, and another opportunity to be part of this journey.

One room. Every month. One conversation at a time.

Inner Work. Outer Impact.

What if clutter is not just clutter?

What if the things we keep are carrying grief, memory, fear, old identities, family conditioning… and parts of our past we have not fully released?

In my latest conversation on Unstoppable Woman, I sat down with Gayatri Gandhi — founder of Joy Factory and India’s first certified KonMari consultant — and what unfolded was far deeper than a conversation about organising your home.

We spoke about why letting go can feel so hard.
Why objects can become containers of memory.
Why Indian homes hold so much emotional history.
And why sometimes, the things we keep are also the things keeping us stuck.

This episode is not really about cleaning.

It is about grief, space, self-trust, closure and the courage to create room for a new chapter.

Have you ever found it hard to let go of something — and known it was about more than the object itself?

Do you trust yourself when it matters most?

In a world that constantly pulls us outward—towards opinions, expectations and noise—coming back to yourself has become a practice.

On 11 July at 11 AM, I’m opening the first Inner Authority Room—a live space to explore self-trust, clearer decisions and the inner stability to stay connected to who you are.

This one is very personal to me. It feels like the beginning of a community I have wanted to build for a long time.

Complimentary live session. Limited seats.

See you in the room.

When life gets noisy, where do you return?

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about this.

Inner Authority is not about having all the answers. It is about knowing how to come back to yourself when doubt gets loud, when the mind is restless, and when life pulls you in too many directions at once.

That is the conversation I want to open up in The Inner Authority Room — a live Q&A on self-trust, decision clarity, and the inner work behind meaningful leadership.

If you’ve been in a season of transition, overthinking, second-guessing, or simply trying to hear your own voice more clearly again, I’d love for you to join me.

Some podcast conversations feel less like interviews and more like life bringing a story back to you at the right time.

I still remember Gayatri Gandhi from our Discovery Networks days.

In the quiet corridors of the office, I noticed this calm, sincere young woman taking notes in meetings with a kind of attentiveness that stood out. She moved from the on-air promotions team into programming, and somewhere along the way our paths crossed more meaningfully.

What I remember most is not just the work.
It was our conversations.

Both of us were seekers in our own way—drawn to meditation, inner practices, and the questions that sit beneath the noise of everyday ambition. We exchanged notes not just on content and programming, but on the inner work that quietly shapes a life.

A few months later, I moved on from Discovery to join UTV, and life did what it often does—we lost touch.

Years later, I saw Gayatri choose a path I had honestly never seen anyone around me take. It was unusual, deeply personal, and impossible to ignore. It stayed with me.

And now, many years later, our paths met again—this time on the Unstoppable Woman podcast.

What she shares in this episode is thoughtful, layered, and quietly powerful. The kind of conversation you don’t rush through. The kind you sit with. The kind you sip slowly, like your favourite cup of chai or coffee on a monsoon morning.

I loved reconnecting with an old colleague, now a friend, and listening to the story of the woman she became.

Episode drops Wednesday on Unstoppable Woman.

It was a privilege to deliver the keynote at Brand of the Year 2026–27.

My theme was “After Attention: The Authority Code for Enduring Brands.”

Today, brands have more tools, more data and more visibility than ever before. But visibility alone does not build trust.

The strongest brands are not always the loudest. They are the clearest.

They know what they stand for.
They remain consistent under pressure.
And they prove their promise through behaviour.

At Unstoppable Network The Authority Code is our signature lens for understanding what makes a brand not just visible, but believable, trusted and chosen again.

The idea is simple:

Attention gets you seen.
Authority gets you believed.
Trust gets you chosen again.

Thank you to Team Marksmen Network for the invitation and for bringing together such a thoughtful room of leaders and brand builders.

What happens when the strength that once helped you survive no longer helps you heal?

In this deeply honest conversation with Captain Rupinder Kaur we explore identity beyond the uniform, the courage to begin again, and why true leadership isn’t just about resilience—it’s about knowing when to soften.

This isn’t a conversation about success.
It’s a conversation about integration
