The Fertility Supplement Doctors Are Talking About

What if balancing hormones isn't about adding hormones at all? 👀

This fertility supplement works differently by supporting your body's natural hormone communication system, helping regulate cycles, support ovulation, improve energy, and even ease PMS symptoms.

Could this be why some women call it the "Femmenessence Baby" effect?

“Unexplained Infertility” Might Be This Instead

Your tests came back “normal”… so why aren’t you getting pregnant? 💔

A lot of women are told they have unexplained infertility when the real issue was never properly investigated. Silent endometriosis often shows no major symptoms, no severe pain, and can still disrupt implantation, hormones, inflammation, and fertility behind the scenes.

This episode breaks down why it’s missed so often and what you can start doing to support your fertility now.

Women are talking about “Ozempic babies.” Here’s what I want you to know 👇

For some women with PCOS and insulin resistance, improving metabolic health may help ovulation return.

But ovulating again doesn’t automatically mean the deeper hormonal or metabolic picture has been fully resolved.

There's a lot more to the conversation than social media may make it seem...

Whether or not GLP-1s like Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy are right for your health and fertility is specific to your individual case.

These medications can absolutely be part of a bigger metabolic health conversation for some women. But fertility care should always look at the full picture (your hormones, cycles, metabolic health, and whether your body is truly prepared for pregnancy)

Have you been hearing mixed messages about GLP-1s and fertility lately? Or have you be considering starting or stopping them?

The Fertility Condition Doctors Keep Missing

“You have unexplained infertility.”

But what if it’s not actually unexplained? 👀

Silent endometriosis can exist without pain, without obvious symptoms, and still quietly affect egg quality, inflammation, implantation, and fertility. That’s why so many women get told “everything looks normal” while still struggling to conceive.

This episode breaks down what silent endometriosis really is, why standard fertility testing often misses it, and what you can start doing right now to support your body.

I’ve been talking to my patients about this for over 20 years 🥹

The old name, PCOS, was never an appropriate name for this condition. And now we have a name that more accurately reflects what’s really going on:

PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome)

This is not a rebrand. It's more than that...

It’s about helping women be understood sooner, diagnosed sooner, and cared for more appropriately.

Let’s get women the care they deserve. This is a step in that direction.

How do you feel hearing this? Do you feel the name PCOS ever truly reflected your experience with the condition?

You’re over 35… aren’t you too old now to get pregnant?” 🤦🏽‍♂️ Please tell me that you HAVEN'T heard that before?!

Blaming age alone for fertility issues oversimplifies what's actually happening.

In my experience it’s ALWAYS worth asking: Is it really your age… or is something else being missed?

Fertility isn’t just about a number. It’s about how your body is functioning each cycle.

Here’s what I look at first with my fertility clients:

📅 Ovulation

You can have regular periods and still not ovulate well. That often means lower progesterone, which can make implantation more difficult. This can happen at any age… but the good news is, ovulation quality can absolutely be supported and improved.

🥚 Egg quality

Egg quality is one of the biggest drivers of success and often more important than egg count. It’s true that quality declines with age… but it’s not fixed. With the right support, you can improve the environment your eggs develop in.

🍆 Sperm health

Up to 50% of fertility challenges involve sperm. It impacts fertilization, embryo quality, and even miscarriage risk. Sperm quality declines with age too… but it’s highly responsive to diet, lifestyle, and targeted support.

🌷 Hormones

Being told your hormones are “normal” doesn’t mean they’re optimal for pregnancy. Hormones naturally shift with age… but they’re also very responsive when you address the root cause.

🔥 Inflammation

Chronic inflammation can quietly affect egg quality, ovulation, and implantation. This can increase with age… but it’s something you can actively reduce and improve.

🥑 Gut health

Your gut plays a key role in regulating hormones and clearing excess estrogen. When it’s supported properly, it can have a powerful impact on hormone balance… (at any age 😉)

❤️ Thyroid function

Even subtle thyroid imbalances can affect your cycle and ability to conceive. The good news is, once identified, this is something that can be properly supported.

Age does matter...but it's not what defines your ability to get pregnant. In many cases, it’s not that your body “can’t” anymore… it’s that something hasn’t been fully looked at yet.

Keep investigating, keep hoping, keep believing.
