This year’s Nobel Prize in Medicine goes to Simon Sakaguchi (Japan), Mary E. Brunkow (America), and Fred Ramsdell (America) for the discovery of Treg.

Treg prevents the immune system from harming the body. Their discoveries have laid the foundation for a new field of research and spurred the development of new treatments, for example for cancer and autoimmune diseases.

Observer Effect: This says when a particle is observed, it behaves like a small, fixed object in one place. However, when it is not observed, it spreads out like a wave and exists in multiple places at once. This means that the mere act of looking at or measuring a particle changes its behavior. [Reference- double-slit experiment]. The Observer Effect challenges our understanding of reality and highlights the strange behavior of particles at the quantum level.
