Ok white witches: here's another teachable moment, and I say this with my DEI hat on along with my witch hat on: a joke needs to punch up. Making fun of the way marginalised groups ask society to stop using damaging language (especially racist and ableist language) is the thing that's made fun of here, and making fun of how marginalised groups try to make their voice heard? Not a joke because it's not funny. You'd think that 'witch' is a marginalised category enough for people who claim the label to understand but no, the whiteness once again prevails.

It does no one any good when white cis dainty women claim they don't have pretty privilege because they prefer to think everything they ever got was because of their hard work.
Because once they hit 35 then either they'll think they're not working as hard anymore or they'll realise their main value to Patriarchy was to be eye candy first and foremost.
And if they acknowledge that, at the very least, in that fleeting moment they have power, they can bring in as many 'other' as they can because strength is in numbers, and together we could stand together when they turn 35, 50, and over.
Don't be a queen bee. All you have is temporary anyway.
