Hello everyone and Happy New Year to all :)
Finished the year off strong with a US box plate from
the American Civil War :) It was bent up but I was able
to give it some TLC and add some color back to it :)
Best of luck to all in 26!

Fantastic find made this past weekend :) This large star device, stamped brass
and silver plated went on a 1830 - 1840's Shako hat. It would have had a brass
wire that would have past threw the leather hat and bent in place.
Very happy to have found this piece :)
