Hi, I’m Payaswini Shah. Two years ago, I lost my father, and it broke me. The grief pulled me into depression, and I lost touch with the healthy, vibrant person I used to be. Those two years took away all my hard work, my strength, and a piece of myself. 💔

But with my family’s support, I decided to rise again. Slowly, I began to rebuild my life. Along this journey, I realized that many of the challenges we face—both physical and emotional—can be healed through simple lifestyle changes. 🌱✨
