For years, my journals have been a cozy mix of doodles, hand lettering, memory-keeping, and stories. Messy, colorful, and full of heart. And now, I’ve shaped that practice into a simple framework anyone can try:

✨ S – Sketch or doodle
✨ H – Highlight something good
✨ E – Express your feelings
✨ L – List your favorites
✨ L – Layer with color, stickers, or washi
