Grief and ambition make for a heavy mix. Losing my mom (who was my biggest supporter) a decade ago left a void I'm still learning to navigate, and it's made me realize how much I want to build a life in my own terms.
Right now, that involves taking a big risk on my creative dreams (YouTube/game dev) instead of a conventional career. It means I'm broke, have no family of my own and it's created distance with some family who see it as being a 'bum.' That hurts deeply.
I'm sharing this not for sympathy, but for honesty. If you've ever felt lost or judged for chasing something unconventional, know you're not alone. Social media often shows only the highlights, this is the reality behind the scenes: it's messy, it's hard, but I'm still in the ring, fighting for survival and the things I love.

🚀 Installing Unity 6.0 (free version) today — a small step for my hard drive, a giant leap for my childhood dream.
I've wanted to make games since I was a kid. Life happened. Bills, deadlines, responsibilities — the usual detours. But the dream never died. It just waited.
