Even our seller thought finding a buyer would be difficult too.
So we have a problem to solve – to sell it & help our seller not to lose out on the price
The challenge was no longer just about price.
The bigger challenge was:
How do we even get buyers interested in the first place?
Because when buyers have plenty of choices, why would they choose a unit with an obvious disadvantage?
The key is knowing what matters to buyers.
Instead of fighting the market, we focused on what we mattered:

Within 2 months, it’s sold because the buyer saw beyond the ‘flaws’

Not because buyers didn’t notice them.
But because it became a better unit to buy compared to the other better units, and there were many of those

Well, this seller took their chance with us, so guess that part was the 'luck'
