In the early morning hours of July 29, 2012, 21-year-old Kortne Stouffer disappeared from her apartment in Palmyra, Pennsylvania.

There were people awake nearby. Police had been called more than once. And by morning, Kortne was gone.

Her phone, purse, keys, car, and her dog Sheba were all left behind.
