RAW & UNFILTERED 1968 ANALOG MAGIC... Should we spin it? 🎸🔥
Next up on the radar is Jimi Hendrix - Electric Ladyland, and I’m holding a rare Canadian first pressing from 1968.
Doing a high-res flat transfer of a double album is a lot of work. This copy isn't mint—it has some vintage surface noise and clicks that tell the story of its journey since the 60s. But the dynamics and warmth are incredible.
Do you guys want to hear a 24-bit / 96kHz flat recording of this raw, historic pressing, crackles and all? I will of course remove the worst crackles.
I might put out 1-2 songs as sample.
