No Longer Supporting the UMSP Community (Ultimate Multiplayer Survival Pack)

After much consideration, I’ve decided to step away from publicly supporting the UMSP (Ultimate Multiplayer Survival Pack) community.

While I may or may not continue using UMSP privately in my own Unreal Engine projects, I will no longer be creating tutorials, offering help, or engaging with the UMSP community in any official or ongoing capacity.

This decision follows the removal of my “Community Pillar” status shortly after I reported several valid, reproducible bugs—specifically with UMSP’s integration of the GASP (Game Animation Sample Project). These reports were deleted with minimal explanation, and I was told the issues were due to things like my PC specs or running too many clients—despite testing on a Ryzen 9 5950X, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and an RTX 4090, with only one client active.

One of the most disruptive issues was severe client stuttering from the server player’s perspective, to the point that it broke immersion entirely. This problem did not occur when testing four clients in the default GASP project, and only surfaced when using UMSP’s GASP integration.

To make matters worse, I received a legal threat warning me not to share screenshots of our DMs—even though those messages were directly related to development discussions and/or the removal of my community status.

So to be clear:

❌ Please do not message me about UMSP tutorials, bug reports, or support.

❌ I am no longer contributing to or assisting the UMSP community.

✅ If I choose to help, it will be on my own terms, publicly. There is the exception of a few but you already know who you are!
