There won’t be a live tonight!
I’m doing great but the pain killers are kinda messing with my head, so I really won’t make much sense
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Will check in with you all next Sunday and there is a new video set to drop on Wednesday as usual.
❤️❤️❤️

I was walking along Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok on my coffee run, when I saw this man walking in front of me. If he doesn't have lipedema, then I'll give up my coffee for a week! I have actually seen about 5-6 lipedema men since I lived here. I never saw one in Australia. They have all been western men (not asian) but unsure of nationality of course as I didn't run up and tap them on the shoulder lol... So this was just for the non-believers that lipedema exists in our men. x

So far in Hanoi, Vietnam it has been rather easy to be high protein if I choose… it’s saying no to the Banh Mi that is proving trickier 😂😂😂

So far my cuppa of choice in Bangkok is the iced cappuccino from Cafe Amazon. I try really hard to always have protein first before any caffeine though to blunt the insulin response and the adrenal response.
What’s your favourite cuppa?

Do I still enjoy inflammatory foods? Of course! I’m human and food is joy right? But do I go back to my eggs for breakfast the very next morning? Again… of course! Because I have 2 inflammatory diseases - lipedema and Hashimotos so I have the treat every now and then but continue to eat animal based at the very next meal.
But I did also put in the hard, stricter work to get to this point.
Be kind to yourself as you work towards whatever balance looks like for you. It will not be the same as everyone else because you are unique and that’s a beautiful thing ❤️

Well surgery is done and dusted and stitches come out tomorrow!
Feeling like I’m up for a live on Sunday night if anyone wants to ask me questions… such as… how has a full lower body lift affected my lippy legs??? If you have questions you want me to cover drop them below 🤗

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a personal update with you all, as this community has been such a big part of my journey.

As many of you know, I've been on a long and public health journey, which included losing 60kg. It's been a process of healing my thyroid, managing lipedema, and truly transforming my relationship with my body.

I'm writing this today to share that I'm taking the next exciting step in that transformation. On December 1st, I am having a significant surgery to continue that physical journey.

I'm excited, a little nervous, and will be taking all of December to rest, recover, and integrate this new chapter, although there will be videos still coming your way, that I have pre-recorded.

This moment has me thinking so much about what it really takes to get "unstuck."

For years, I—like so many of you—was just trying to "fix my weight." But what I've learned is that our healing is never, ever about just one thing.

My "stuck" point wasn't just my lipedema or thyroid. It was a complex web of my physical health, my energetic blocks, my stress, and even my "life's operating manual" (my Human Design).

True transformation only happens when you stop treating the fragments and start looking at the whole picture.

This is the exact reason I've built my "30-Day Deep Dive."

And so, as I prepare for my own deep dive into rest and recovery, I've been inspired to help a small, dedicated group of you start 2026 with your own powerful transformation.

I am officially opening 5 spots for my 30-Day Deep Dive program, to begin in January 2026.

This is not a course. This is a 1-on-1 private, high-touch container where I bring my entire 30-year toolkit (Naturopathy, Kinesiology, and Human Design) to focus on you.

This is for you if you've "tried everything," you're tired of piecing it all together, and you are ready to see the whole picture of your health, your energy, and your purpose.

Because I'll be offline in December, I am opening these 5 spots now.

I will be holding complimentary 15-Minute Clarity Calls for the next 3 weeks only. When these 5 spots are filled, or I sign off for my surgery, this opportunity closes.

If you are ready to make January 2026 the month you finally get unstuck, I would be honored to be your guide.

You can learn all about the Deep Dive and book your free Clarity Call in the link in the pinned comment.

Thank you for being here, for sharing this journey, and for all your support. I can't wait to see which 5 of you are ready to join me.

Love & Hugs

Bruises and spider veins… I’m researching Diosmin and Hesperiden next. Anybody got any experience with taking it?
