Fitness Restart Japan
This is how my health and fitness recovery story started and I hope that after you watch this, it's the beginning of yours too!
When you're in your early and late twenties it can be quite easy to neglect your health. You're fresh into adulthood, being responsible for your own food, going out with friends and having a drink or two, sleeping all weekend after a week of work... The list goes on. If you have any bad habits then it's time to check in and see what you can do to refresh your view on life. Your health and fitness can be better and you will mentally and physically thank yourself for it.
What has worked for you and what hasn't?? Let's share our experiences in the comments and help each other out! 😀
Let's do it!!!

Fitness Restart Japan
This is where it all started. I had a pack of resistance bands in the cupboard left over from a failed attempt at getting in shape and one November afternoon last year I made a choice: Getting in shape is the only option. After researching a variety of workouts I found the techniques that worked best for me and for the first time I felt real progress! I worked up through band thickness and really saw my strength and fitness improve with a consistent 2-3 times a week of using the bands.
It can suck not knowing what to do to improve your health but give the bands a try, it might be the entry ticket you need to restarting your fitness.
Good luck & LET'S DO IT!
