Homemade Peanut Brittle! If you’ve ever thought about trying it…DO IT!! It was so easy and turned out delicious.

Recipe:

Put 1 1/2 cups white sugar, 1/2 Cup white corn syrup, 1/4 Cup water, and 1.5 cups peanuts in a sauce pan. Heat on medium low heat until it comes to 300 degrees. Pull off stove immediately and add in 1.5 tsp baking soda (this will cause it to foam and expand.) Give it 4-6 good stirs then pour onto a lined cooking sheets and sprinkle sea salt on top.

Let cool then break apart and enjoy.

I’m just a small town girl, literally living in the middle of nowhere, who needed a creative outlet and something to fill my days with since my kids are grown and my blue collar husband works all day. I decided sharing life on the internet might be fulfilling (oh has it been 🤩)

I’ll never understand why you like hanging out here, but I am truly thankful to have each of you. I LOVE this community we are growing together. Not only do I show up, but you do too. It means so much to me. I am so grateful to have this tiny space on the internet.
