This was Jeniffer's second property we remodeled and sold. She stressed how important it was for her to get top dollar. I hired the contractors, managed the whole project, picked out all the material and we got this SOLD!
This is her review: Andrey helped me repair and sell my house, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was also excellent at persistently but politely nudging me to follow up when I dropped the ball (which is exactly what I happen to need). If any of the contractors doing repairs needed follow-up reminders, Andrey took care of that too. Andrey gets things done, and I got a good price for my house. I plan to work with him again.
