🎙 The Becoming Podcast
🏆 Built From Failure

Rogelio Diaz

How many times have you questioned whether you still have what it takes?

I know what it’s like to pour your heart into a dream, watch it fall apart, and wonder if all the sacrifices were for nothing. I’ve been there. I’ve lost businesses, battled addiction, and had moments where I truly believed my dream was over. Looking back now, I realize something powerful: failure wasn’t trying to stop me—it was shaping me into the person who could carry the life I was praying for.

If you’re an entrepreneur who’s feeling discouraged, behind, or on the verge of giving up, this message is for you. I made this video because I want you to see failure differently. It isn’t the end of your story. It might be the very thing leading you to everything you’ve been working for.

Most entrepreneurs think success starts when the money arrives.

I disagree.

Success starts the moment life begins changing you.

The problem is…

Growth doesn’t always feel good.

Sometimes it feels like confusion.

Sometimes it feels like uncertainty.

Sometimes it feels like everything is falling apart.

My newest video breaks down 5 signs you’re becoming the person your dream requires—even if it doesn’t feel like it yet: https://youtu.be/LvhQ5uIaO3c?is=3drSq...

What’s one sign you’ve noticed in your own journey lately? 👇

Most people think the hardest part of chasing a dream is failing.

It’s not.

The hardest part is looking yourself in the mirror after you’ve broken another promise to yourself.

You said you were going to start.

You said you were going to be consistent.

You said this time would be different.

And then life happened. Fear showed up. Old habits came back. You fell off again.

I’ve been there more times than I can count.

In this new video, I’m sharing the truth about what to do when you let yourself down, why failure doesn’t mean your dream is over, and how to get back up without turning one bad day into a permanent setback.

If you’ve been disappointed in yourself lately, this message is for you.

A lot of entrepreneurs don’t quit.

They just slowly stop showing up.

They stop posting. Stop building. Stop believing.

They lose momentum and start wondering if the dream is still possible.

The dangerous part isn’t falling off.

The dangerous part is convincing yourself that falling off means you’ve failed.

In this new episode of The Becoming Movement Podcast, I share a story about a time I desperately wanted to move out of my parents’ house.

I found an apartment I loved, pictured myself living there, and was ready to move forward.

Then I got rejected because I didn’t make enough money.

At the time, it felt like failure.

But two months later, I moved to Sedona, Arizona, a decision that completely changed my life.

Looking back, what felt like rejection was actually redirection.

How many times have we wanted to quit because we misunderstood a closed door?

If you’ve been questioning yourself lately, don’t miss this one.

Most people think they’re struggling because they need more motivation.

More discipline.

More confidence.

But what if that’s not the real problem?

What if the reason your dream feels so heavy right now is because the version of you trying to carry it was never meant to take it where you’re going?

I’ve lived this.

When I left Chicago for Sedona.

When my business started falling apart.

When I felt lost, confused, and questioned whether I was really cut out for the life I wanted.

Looking back, the dream wasn’t dying.

The old version of me was.

And that’s what nobody talks about.

Sometimes growth feels like loss.

Sometimes success feels like grief.

Sometimes becoming requires letting go of who you’ve been so you can step into who you’re meant to be.

If you’re an entrepreneur, coach, or creator who feels stuck, discouraged, or like you’re carrying the weight of the world right now, this video is for you.

Most entrepreneurs don’t quit because they’re lazy👇

They quit because the pressure, self-doubt, loneliness, and uncertainty become emotionally heavy.

So let me ask you this…

What’s been the hardest part of your journey lately?

I just dropped a new video talking about the part of success nobody warns you about.

Some of you are tired in a way sleep can’t fix.

Not physically tired… emotionally tired.

Tired of trying. Tired of rebuilding. Tired of carrying a dream that feels heavier every single day.

Nobody talks enough about how mentally brutal entrepreneurship can feel sometimes.

The pressure. The uncertainty. The loneliness. The disappointment of feeling like you should be farther along by now.

But just because this season feels heavy doesn’t mean you’re failing.

What if this season is actually building the version of you capable of carrying the life you’ve been asking for?

What if the pressure is developing your strength?

What if the reason you feel stretched is because your life is trying to grow you into someone bigger?

I made this video for the entrepreneur, coach, and creator who feels close to giving up on themselves.

The one who still has a dream in their heart, even after all the setbacks.

If your patterns keep coming back… it’s not bad luck.

It’s what we talked about on the podcast as the “boomerang effect.”

You can move cities.

Switch careers.

Start over 10 times.

But if you don’t address what’s actually going on inside of you…

The same patterns will keep showing up.

Different situation.

Same feeling.

Same outcome.

That’s why people feel like they’re stuck.

Not because they’re not trying…

But because they’re trying to change their life without changing what’s driving their behavior.

One of the biggest takeaways from this conversation on the Reinvent Your Reality podcast is this:

Real growth is measured by how you respond to your triggers.

The moment you create space between what you feel…

And how you react…

That’s when you start becoming someone different.

That’s when your life actually starts changing.

🎧 If you’re serious about growth and not just surface-level motivation…

I left Chicago with my last $5,000 and no real backup plan because I knew staying the same was no longer an option.

I was tired of repeating the same patterns, tired of feeling disappointed in myself, and tired of waiting for confidence before making a real move.

That decision did not magically fix everything, but it changed me because I stopped looking for the perfect plan and started becoming someone who actually follows through.

That is what I want more people to understand.

You do not need more information.

You do not need another strategy, another video, or another excuse to delay what you already know you need to do.

A lot of the time, the real reason you feel stuck is not because you do not know the next step.

It is because there is something deeper inside of you that is afraid to move, afraid to fail, or afraid to become the version of you that would actually have to follow through.

So if you have been overthinking, hesitating, and stopping yourself again and again, get honest with yourself.

Ask yourself what you already know you should be doing right now, what emotion comes up when you think about doing it, and what you are making that mean about you.

Because once you see the real block, everything starts to make more sense.

And when your decisions change, your life starts to change with it.

A lot of people keep calling themselves lazy when that is not actually the problem.

What looks like procrastination on the outside is often fear, hesitation, self-doubt, and old pain on the inside.

It is not that you do not care.

It is not that you are not capable.

It is that there is something in you that keeps pulling you back every time it is time to move, speak up, be seen, follow through, or go all in on what you know you are meant to do.

That is why more pressure does not fix it.

More shame does not fix it.

Trying to force yourself to be confident does not fix it either.

You have to deal with what is actually underneath the pattern if you want to stop repeating it.

That is what Courage Unleashed is here to help you do.

So this can look like finally getting out of your own way.

Posting the thing you keep overthinking.

Making the move you have been putting off.

Trusting your voice more.

And becoming someone who stops abandoning themselves every time life asks them to grow.
