I’m very excited to announce that LensWork magazine has once again chosen to publish a portfolio of my photographs. Appearing in the current issue #160 is my Forests of Northwest Florida project, centering around the trees and forests of my local area here in the western Panhandle. I’m especially pleased to have one of my images appear on the back cover of the print edition!

LensWork is one of the finest photographic magazines currently in publication. The print quality is second to none and it’s a real honor to have my work appear there. In addition to the 25 images in the print edition, there will be 26 images in the Tablet edition and 48 images in the Extended Computer edition. I've been busily working behind the scenes on my Fall trip videos and also putting the finishing touches on my annual limited edition folio. I've selected the images from my Fall trip to be included in the folio and you can see them in this post. Today I'm announcing that pre-orders are open for my 2021 Limited Edition Folio. With an edition of just 50, this folio will include twelve prints from my Spring and (upcoming) Fall trips to the Great Smoky Mountains area as well as here in Northwest Florida. Eight prints have been selected so far with the final four to be chosen from the Fall trip. In addition to the twelve prints I select, you will be able to add one more print of your choice to be included from among the many additional images made over the course of the year.

I’m very excited to finally announce the release of my 2020 Folio of photographs. Yeah, yeah, I know we’re half way through 2021 already but hey, it was a rough year and most all my photography was done at the end of the year in one big month long trip. If you’ve been following along on my YouTube channel you know I just finished posting those videos in April, so with a little time for production, here we are in June!

One thing I’m doing differently this year is letting each purchaser choose one additional image to include along with the 12 other images in the folio. Since I made almost 70 images in that month long trip, there was no way I could include all my favorites and had a tough time settling on just 12.

So this way, you can be sure to have one of your favorites included too, if it’s not in my chosen group already. Instructions for all that are on the website. Just follow the ‘Folios’ in the menu.

Hi Everyone! I'm back from my Spring trip to the Smoky Mountains and had a great time with (hopefully) lots of great images to share soon. I'm in that agonizing/exciting time after sending the film to the lab but before it comes back so I'm not sure yet how things actually turned out. So before I start releasing those Spring trip videos, I want to post a few videos that I shot last Fall/Winter here in NW Florida, both before and after my big Fall trip last year. I didn't release these earlier because I was so eager to get started on all the Fall trip episodes but now it's time to get these out before starting on the Spring episodes.
