Two artists traveling Alaska to Argentina by bus, creating art and telling stories.

Art We There Yet is a project to create art that highlights the challenges, diversity, and shared humanity of peoples across the Americas. Aboard a bus converted into an art and recording studio, we are traveling Alaska to Argentina, creating a vast portfolio of art.

Photography, film, paintings, and music, all inspired by the peoples and landscapes of the Americas. We also connect with communities, facilitating community murals and songwriting workshops.

Why? Because art is powerful. We use the arts to illustrate that diversity is our greatest strength, emphasizing our shared humanity. We also believe everyone deserves access to arts education, so we work to provide programming in communities that need it the most.

There's....something about a forest, right? Tell us about a forest that struck a chord in you. It could be a forest you live (or lived) near, or one you visited.

There's something in all the factors that come together in a forest. The cool air, the stillness, the birdsong and rustle of leaves. The ancient forest we explored in Episode 18 is a place we won't be forgetting anytime soon, that's for sure.

A little life vignette 😊

So the past few months have been pretty much one reality on repeat - eat, sleep, edit, eat, sleep, edit!

We've been sheltered away in the Pacific Northwest, working on the post-production of our British Columbia episodes.

We've only been out to explore our area a handful of times, so today we decided to emerge from the bus and get some nature time (and photograph cool rocks!)

Pretty soon, we will change gears and get back into filming mode. This hike made us excited for that phase to start up again!
