AJ EPYX PRODUCTIONS, LLC is a New York-based independent film production and professional videography company created and operated by award-winning filmmaker André Joseph (www.andremjoseph.com). We strive in bringing quality to the best stories destined for the big screen. André’s most recent production, DISMISSAL TIME, tells the tale of a social injustice incident loosely based on his experience as a high school freshman. The award-winning short drama has now become part of a larger platform to address victimization in American schools through the new three-step program called Bright Spot. André’s latest film, THE LAST VENDETTA, won “Best Urban Action Film” at the 2024 Urban Action Showcase and “Best Director” at the New York City and State TV, Plays and Films Festival. It will be released on streaming platforms through Buffalo 8 Distribution summer 2025.

I’ve been waiting a long time for this. From running around in the backyard with a video camera to making feature films that stream on platforms all over the world. Cutting past many doubters and sh*t talkers in the process. This month, we officially signed a lease for AJ Epyx Productions to have an artist residency at the new Vintage City Studios in Elizabeth, NJ. Our office and studio space will serve as the company’s new hub for film production, podcasting, and basic video instruction for students. This joint venture, between Albert Albanese, Chris Corulla, and me, is still a work in progress, much like the space itself. More information about future opportunities with us will be announced at a later time. But we have some very exciting new projects to share in the coming months and beyond.
