In my experience, the challenge we face is twofold: 1) understanding the Synodal strongarm tactics against Tradition while not being intimidated by the threat of schism, and 2) ignoring the useful idiot “neo-Catholics” who will try to use the SSPX controversy to position themselves as the “reasonable moderates” on whom Cardinal “Tucho” Fernandez can count to carry his water.
Over the past forty years, the “reasonable moderates” have proven themselves to be lightweight opportunists who resent the fact that the SSPX – starting with Archbishop Lefebvre himself – are willing to suffer ostracization and even a loss of "legitimacy" in the name of Tradition. The SSPX’s “most righteous” critics are all about likes and clicks – and this is their chance to punch up.
Meanwhile, as of April 2025, a joint conference of German “Catholic” bishops and laypeople approved guidelines for the blessing of same-sex unions. And yet no Vatican threat of excommunication is forthcoming. Any questions?
My advice – as a guy who has attended a diocesan Latin Mass every Sunday since 1988 – pay no attention to the critics of our brothers and sisters in the SSPX. The clans of Tradition – in the SSPX and out – have learned the lessons of history over the course of the past four decades. We will not be played against each other again, and neither will we let Vatican bureaucrats divide and conquer us. They tried that in 1988, but we managed to keep it together. In the end, it was the pope himself (Benedict XVI) who agreed with us, lifted the SSPX "excommunications," and restored the Latin Mass to the whole Church.

Dear Friends: In a world of bad news, I am happy to share some good stuff. During this year's Triduum at our Latin Mass center, a young Muslim man was baptized into the Catholic Faith. God is good, and this happy event inspired the theme of my new Remnant Underground: The Biggest Lie Christians Are Being Sold Right Now.
Here's how I see it -- just before He ascended into Heaven, the last thing Jesus Christ told us to do was “go out and convert all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost.” My question is this: Do we still believe that, or have we converted to a de facto new religion -- one that tells us to take an eye for an eye, while slaughtering even the children of those who do not share our Baptism?
If we don’t care about Our Lord’s Great Commission anymore because, well, Muslims might someday kill us and saddle us with Sharia law, then haven’t we more or less become them? Did Jesus somehow overlook the fact that by 2016 those “nations” He mentioned would be under the Crescent, and therefore deserving of annihilation by those wearing the Cross? Maybe this is what Our Lady of Fatima meant when she said that “nations will be annihilated” – sorta like what Trump said the other day on Truth Social, that Iran's “whole civilization will die tonight.”

“Thank you Michael for mentioning the Christians and other sects in Lebanon. I'm of Lebanese descent as is my wife. Fr. Pierre al Rai was the priest in her village, Qlayaa in Southern Lebanon. He was a leading advocate for Christians in the South not to abandon their homes in defiance of Israeli evacuation orders. Because Israeli leaders are openly calling for the annexation of South Lebanon, the Christians fear they'd never be allowed to return. The circumstances of his death seem to point to it being an assassination. We had a memorial Mass for Fr. Pierre at our church, Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Church, in Washington, DC just today. The next phase of this debacle is the US and Israel coercing the Lebanese government into disarming Hezbollah, which will certainly ignite a civil war in the country, the aftermath of which will make Israel’s planned theft of Lebanese territory that much easier. Isreal is already depopulating and demolishing Muslim villages in the area, but it is also the location of many Christian villages and towns. And by the way, South Lebanon is also the location of some of Christ's early miracles making it part of the Holy Land from our perspective.”

"It's just music!" Is it? (The truth about rock 'n' roll)
Dear Friends: In this special “Underground for Kids,” I have an unscripted conversation with a group of homeschool kids about rock ‘n’ roll music and the Christian culture it serenaded to death back in the 1960s.
With gay “marriage” and the decline of the Christian family now in full swing, we tend to forget about the soundtrack of the Sexual Revolution which was fundamentally Christophobic and which was engineered to obliterate Christian culture by perverting, drugging, and brainwashing young people.
Nobody talks about this anymore, of course, because the Devil’s second greatest trick was to convince us that even if he did exist, he’d be harmless. But when rock ‘n’ roll first landed, Christan groups burned Beatles records, the Vatican warned against it, and Christian authors described its most iconic stars as "Marxist minstrels" hellbent on cultural suicide.
Were they wrong? Well, it sure didn’t take long for rock ‘n’ roll to become a funeral dirge for its own gods —Jimi, Janice, Jim Morrison, so many others –cut down in the prime of life, leaving behind millions of young and hopelessly addicted fans.
The Beatles lived on a while longer – proclaiming themselves “more popular than Jesus Christ” as they plunged headlong into the drug scene and finally into the Eastern mysticism of Hare Karishna. This was long before frontman John Lennon would write the most iconic rock anthem in history – "Imagine" – a musical manifesto of Communism which asked the world to unite in a global denial of the existence of heaven, hell, and religion too!
And all this was long before Taylor met Travis, Katy kissed a girl, Elton "Rocket Man" had "married" his boyfriend, and gay marriage and abortion had become laws of the land. From the very beginning, the new music was a driving force of spiritual, moral, and cultural chaos, which began by driving a wedge between parents and their children as it encouraged Christophobic rebellion against God Himself.

This is happening already. The Israeli police locked the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem out of his own church on Palm Sunday. Christians in the Holy Land have been being persecuted for years. And what is happening in the Holy Land is a microcosm of what is happening worldwide. Since the year 2000, over three thousand Catholic churches have closed in the United States alone. And what is the Vatican doing about that? Why, banning thriving Latin Mass communities, of course!

Approximately 100,000 Christian churches will close over the next ten years. And right now, the “nones” – those who check “none” when asked for their religious affiliation – are the fastest growing “religious” group in America.
In much of the world today, Christianity is on life support.
Is there hope? Of course! There is a worldwide counterrevolution thriving down in the catacombs where, once again, Rome has confined it. Dear Friends: Holy Week is upon us, which means it’s time for the American Catholic Bishops to send out their annual urgent appeal to end Catholic antisemitism. They never target the guilty individuals by name, of course, because that would create opportunity for substantiation of the charges, and we can’t have that. Better to leave it open-ended.
No, the episcopal target tends to be Catholic Everyman whose alleged blood hatred is so vile, so real, and so widespread that the shepherds must urgently warn our Jewish brothers and sisters that Easter may be the occasion when Catholic Everyman gets violent.

As Christian persecution reaches global critical mass – with human rights groups classifying Christians as the most persecuted religious group in the world – I wonder why Archbishop Alexander Sample is taking time out to warn us of Easter violence perpetrated by Catholics against Jews. Where is this happening? Who are these hateful Catholics that pose such a clear and present danger that our bishops must sound the alarm? And why is such widespread Catholic violence not dominating the headlines?
Of course, antisemitism is wrong. Of course, it’s a mortal sin. But, in all due respect – given the global Christian persecution – Archbishop Sample's PSA comes off a bit like a man pacing the promenade of the sinking Titanic but fretting over the fate of the Lusitania.
So, I’ve got a few questions to ask in the new Underground:
- Does this episcopal handwringing have anything to do with the American Jewish Committee’s contention that the Catholic Church herself is a hate group?
- Is Archbishop Sample unconcerned that his comments are music to the ears of Christophobes who denounce the New Testament itself as antisemitic?
- Where is the USCCB’s Holy Week condemnation of the Christophobic hate that has led to hundreds of church burnings in Canada, violence against Christians in Africa, and priests being attacked at their own altars in France?
- Where is the USCCB reminder of the great good the Catholic Church has done not only for billions of souls, but also for the physical health and education of entire civilizations?
- What is going on here, and does it have anything to do with the bishops' quiet rejection of the defined dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus?

For the past couple of centuries, post-Christian elites have been raging against the memory of the “dark ages of Faith” that built history’s greatest civilization on the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ. “Today,” they solemnly declare, “ours is an enlightened secular society that professes no religion but protects the rights of all.”

Why did we resist the neocon wars? As one of our columnists, Malachi Martin, put it back in 1998 already: “The removal of Saddam Hussein is just another step in furthering what top people in the Bush Administration call the New World Order.”

Have you ever noticed how we never get to see the president of Iran on TV? I bet that’s because he doesn’t wear a towel on his head. President Masoud Pezeshkian (yes, that’s his name) looks like a day trader from New York, and that just won’t do. What we need is a toweled-up sheik, shooting tin cans off the desert floor with a vintage Kalashnikov, preferably an AK-47 with the wooden stock.
So, the faceless Adolf Ali Hitlerstan is coming to get us. What’s more, he’s already spending his weekends killing his own people. What’s even more, he’s gonna get Weapons of Mass Destruction and kill all the Jews. And what’s most-est, he'll turn us all into microwave popcorn once he gets his WMDs. And that’s why God told Pastor Paula and Lindsey Graham that Donald Trump must bomb, bomb, bomb Iran. He’s literally on a mission from God !
And while we get ready for a little Lawrence of Arabia action on TV, the oldest Christian community in the real world is getting the full Gaza treatment by God’s Chosen People who, by the way, will be hosting the Middle East’s largest-ever LGBTQ festival in the Holy Land in June, on the shores of the Dead Sea (where Sodom is buried).
It’d say this is all pretty apocalyptic were it not for the fact that Israel has a right to defend herself. (What’s that have to do with any of this? Exactly!)
So, yes, Pope Leo is spot on -- this Neocon war is sheer madness, and anyone who says an oil-based landgrab on Israel’s behalf is in line with Catholic just war doctrine is obviously drinking the holy water.
Speaking of which, I also get into the draconian new global antisemitism law which says any criticism of Israel is a hate crime and the New Testament is "classic antisemitism."

A Muslim Baptism at my Church
Dear Friends: In a world of bad news, I am happy to share some good stuff. During this year's Triduum at our Latin Mass center, a young Muslim man was baptized into the Catholic Faith. God is good, and this happy event inspired the theme of my new Remnant Underground: The Biggest Lie Christians Are Being Sold Right Now.
Here's how I see it -- just before He ascended into Heaven, the last thing Jesus Christ told us to do was “go out and convert all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost.” My question is this: Do we still believe that, or have we converted to a de facto new religion -- one that tells us to take an eye for an eye, while slaughtering even the children of those who do not share our Baptism?
If we don’t care about Our Lord’s Great Commission anymore because, well, Muslims might someday kill us and saddle us with Sharia law, then haven’t we more or less become them? Did Jesus somehow overlook the fact that by 2016 those “nations” He mentioned would be under the Crescent, and therefore deserving of annihilation by those wearing the Cross? Maybe this is what Our Lady of Fatima meant when she said that “nations will be annihilated” – sorta like what Trump said the other day on Truth Social, that Iran's “whole civilization will die tonight.”
Is this us now?
In our effort to “annihilate Muslim nations” that happen to be sitting on a whole lot of oil, we've also teamed up with Israel which at the moment is annihilating the oldest Christian community in the world. So, is that all good, too?
After we’d posted my new Underground about what is happening in Lebanon – including the recent murder of a Maronite priest, Father Pierre al Rai – I received the following from Davide, whose wife is from Lebanon:
“Thank you Michael for mentioning the Christians and other sects in Lebanon. I'm of Lebanese descent as is my wife. Fr. Pierre al Rai was the priest in her village, Qlayaa in Southern Lebanon. He was a leading advocate for Christians in the South not to abandon their homes in defiance of Israeli evacuation orders. Because Israeli leaders are openly calling for the annexation of South Lebanon, the Christians fear they'd never be allowed to return. The circumstances of his death seem to point to it being an assassination. We had a memorial Mass for Fr. Pierre at our church, Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Church, in Washington, DC just today. The next phase of this debacle is the US and Israel coercing the Lebanese government into disarming Hezbollah, which will certainly ignite a civil war in the country, the aftermath of which will make Israel’s planned theft of Lebanese territory that much easier. Isreal is already depopulating and demolishing Muslim villages in the area, but it is also the location of many Christian villages and towns. And by the way, South Lebanon is also the location of some of Christ's early miracles making it part of the Holy Land from our perspective.”
In this Underground, I offer original video clips of what Israel is doing to Lebanon, including bombing the place where Jesus met the Canaanite woman. We are literally sacrificing our holy places, in other words, in the name of Greater Israel which, by the way, just legalized the execution of prisoners – “non-military combatants" – deemed a threat to the government (sort of like those J6 folks were deemed a threat here at home a few years ago). What could possibly go wrong?

"It's just music!" Is it? (The truth about rock 'n' roll)
Dear Friends: In this special “Underground for Kids,” I have an unscripted conversation with a group of homeschool kids about rock ‘n’ roll music and the Christian culture it serenaded to death back in the 1960s.
With gay “marriage” and the decline of the Christian family now in full swing, we tend to forget about the soundtrack of the Sexual Revolution which was fundamentally Christophobic and which was engineered to obliterate Christian culture by perverting, drugging, and brainwashing young people.
Nobody talks about this anymore, of course, because the Devil’s second greatest trick was to convince us that even if he did exist, he’d be harmless. But when rock ‘n’ roll first landed, Christan groups burned Beatles records, the Vatican warned against it, and Christian authors described its most iconic stars as "Marxist minstrels" hellbent on cultural suicide.
Were they wrong? Well, it sure didn’t take long for rock ‘n’ roll to become a funeral dirge for its own gods —Jimi, Janice, Jim Morrison, so many others –cut down in the prime of life, leaving behind millions of young and hopelessly addicted fans.
The Beatles lived on a while longer – proclaiming themselves “more popular than Jesus Christ” as they plunged headlong into the drug scene and finally into the Eastern mysticism of Hare Karishna. This was long before frontman John Lennon would write the most iconic rock anthem in history – "Imagine" – a musical manifesto of Communism which asked the world to unite in a global denial of the existence of heaven, hell, and religion too!
And all this was long before Taylor met Travis, Katy kissed a girl, Elton "Rocket Man" had "married" his boyfriend, and gay marriage and abortion had become laws of the land. From the very beginning, the new music was a driving force of spiritual, moral, and cultural chaos, which began by driving a wedge between parents and their children as it encouraged Christophobic rebellion against God Himself.
So, why is nobody talking about this cultural Trojan Horse anymore? Well, I guess Alexander Pope answered that question a long time ago:

Comparatively speaking, I see this as a par-for-the-course nothing burger. I explain why in this week's Underground.
Also, what’s really going on in the Middle East? We know they are lying about it all on TV. We know it’s not about Israel’s right to defend herself against Muslims. Stirring up Islamophobia while weaponizing Islam is what Neocons do best. It is a key component of their global destabilization strategy, in fact.

This is happening already. The Israeli police locked the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem out of his own church on Palm Sunday. Christians in the Holy Land have been being persecuted for years. Right now, in fact, Ephraim – the last fully Christian village in the Holy Land – is under brutal attack and not expected to survive as a Christian village.
And then there were none!
And what is happening in the Holy Land is a microcosm of what is happening worldwide. Since the year 2000, over three thousand Catholic churches have closed in the United States alone. And what is the Vatican doing about that? Why, banning thriving Latin Mass communities, of course!
But Modernism in the Catholic Church is not just euthanizing Catholicism. No, the trickledown effect is eliminating all nominal Christian churches including, finally, the so-called megachurches. Approximately 100,000 Christian churches will close over the next ten years. And right now, the “nones” – those who check “none” when asked for their religious affiliation – are the fastest growing “religious” group in America.
In much of the world today, Christianity is on life support.
Is there hope? Of course! There is a worldwide counterrevolution thriving down in the catacombs where, once again, Rome has confined it. In other words, history is repeating itself, which is good since a new Easter Sunday will follow this Good Friday. The Antisemitic Catholic Everyman
Dear Friends: Holy Week is upon us, which means it’s time for the American Catholic Bishops to send out their annual urgent appeal to end Catholic antisemitism. They never target the guilty individuals by name, of course, because that would create opportunity for substantiation of the charges, and we can’t have that. Better to leave it open-ended.
No, the episcopal target tends to be Catholic Everyman whose alleged blood hatred is so vile, so real, and so widespread that the shepherds must urgently warn our Jewish brothers and sisters that Easter may be the occasion when Catholic Everyman gets violent.
In my new Underground, I tell a tale of two bishops – Cardinal Pizzaballa (Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem), who is begging the world to see that persecuted Christians in the Holy Land are disappearing, and Archbishop Alexander Sample of Portland, Oregon who seems to think Jews are evidently in even greater danger since, at any moment, they may encounter a well-armed Catholic Everyman in tactical Easter Bunny costume.

As Christian persecution reaches global critical mass – with human rights groups classifying Christians as the most persecuted religious group in the world – I wonder why Archbishop Alexander Sample is taking time out to warn us of Easter violence perpetrated by Catholics against Jews. Where is this happening? Who are these hateful Catholics that pose such a clear and present danger that our bishops must sound the alarm? And why is such widespread Catholic violence not dominating the headlines?
Of course, antisemitism is wrong. Of course, it’s a mortal sin. But, in all due respect – given the global Christian persecution – Archbishop Sample's PSA comes off a bit like a man pacing the promenade of the sinking Titanic but fretting over the fate of the Lusitania.
So, I’ve got a few questions to ask in the new Underground:
- Does this episcopal handwringing have anything to do with the American Jewish Committee’s contention that the Catholic Church herself is a hate group?
- Is Archbishop Sample unconcerned that his comments are music to the ears of Christophobes who denounce the New Testament itself as antisemitic?
- Where is the USCCB’s Holy Week condemnation of the Christophobic hate that has led to hundreds of church burnings in Canada, violence against Christians in Africa, and priests being attacked at their own altars in France?
- Where is the USCCB reminder of the great good the Catholic Church has done not only for billions of souls, but also for the physical health and education of entire civilizations?
- What is going on here, and does it have anything to do with the bishops' quiet rejection of the defined dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus?

For the past couple of centuries, post-Christian elites have been raging against the memory of the “dark ages of Faith” that built history’s greatest civilization on the Social Kingship of Jesus Christ. “Today,” they solemnly declare, “ours is an enlightened secular society that professes no religion but protects the rights of all.”

The Freemasonic endgame has always been to uncrown Christ the King and to set up a confessional state based not on secularism (as was falsely claimed), but on the ancient religion preached by the Serpent to Mother Eve in the Garden of Paradise. “You shall be like unto God.” This is the same religion which Pope St. Pius X prophesied would ultimately enthrone Man in the holy place of God. It is the foundational error of Modernism.
The Devil tempted Jesus Christ in the desert with the same religion: “Fall down and worship me, and the kingdoms of the world shall be yours!” And Jesus rebuked him, commanding him to worship God in the only true religion: "Begone, Satan: for it is written, the Lord thy God shalt thou adore, and him only shalt thou serve."
Today the modern world is still being proselytized by false prophets who seek to obliterate what is left of the Kingdom of Christ and enthrone Antichrist in His place. In my new Underground, I expose the Bible-thumping foot soldiers of this ancient religion – Senator Ted Cruz, Pastor Paula White, Mark Levin, Bibi Netanyahu, Pastor Hagee, etc., who would make God in the image and likeness of Man.
We are speaking of the religion of Antichrist.
Speaking of the Devil, the tech billionaire, Peter Thiel, is hosting secret conferences on the “Antichrist” in Rome this week. Thiel’s Antichrist, however, is not the Son of Perdition of Revelation but rather a byproduct of Artificial Intelligence, only NOT in the way you might expect. Thiel – the “married” homosexual – is also a major financial backer of the largest Catholic prayer app in the world, Hallow.
So, the plot thickens, and the Mark of the Beast is everywhere, including and especially on this new confessional state with its Ten Anti-Commandments that greenlight abortion pills, contraception, IVF, divorce, forever wars, etc., while insisting that all religions are good except for the Traditional Catholic “religion of hate” that was condemned by the Second Vatican Council.
And what does all this have to do with the Latin Mass and even the upcoming consecrations of bishops in the Society of St. Pius X? In a word, everything!
