Do you have any tips for a better quality of image for my camera?

I have a zve10 and lighting on my subject has been annoying to deal with ever since I got the camera.

Maybe its the lense, maybe I don't have enought light.

I use 3 lights for me, 3 sources to colour my backgroung.

Any tips?
