Day 3 on the treadmill ✔️

I did 2 miles again today, and honestly… I had to PUSH myself to keep going. Getting back into working out at 47 has not been easy for me at all. My feet hurt, my body is adjusting, and there were moments I wanted to stop.

But I’m proud of myself for showing up anyway. 🤍

Even after just 3 days, I feel a small difference already. I actually slept a little better last night, and that alone motivates me to keep going.

This journey is hard, but I’m not giving up on myself this time. One day at a time. One workout at a time. I’m gonna push through this. 💪✨
