To my supporters and customers,

I wanted to take a moment to address a recent situation involving BHT Grooming's social media accounts.

When BHT Grooming was first getting started, Dan from Bearded Death was helpful in assisting with the setup of some social media platforms and online communities. While we had different values and approaches to business, we worked together for a period of time as BHT Grooming was getting established.

Over the past year, BHT Grooming has focused on building our company through hard work, honesty, transparency, and earning the trust of our customers. As our businesses moved in different directions, our association naturally came to an end. In November, my wife took over managing all of our social media accounts, and we believed all previous administrative access had been removed.

Unfortunately, we recently discovered that was not the case. A post was made from one of our social media accounts that did not reflect my views, the values of BHT Grooming, or the way we conduct ourselves as a company. I was unaware of the ongoing disputes surrounding that situation and had no involvement in those comments.

Since discovering this issue, we have taken steps to remove unauthorized access and have requested the necessary approvals to fully secure our accounts. We are continuing to work through that process.

I want to be clear that BHT Grooming is not affiliated with Bearded Death, nor are we involved in any current disputes, conflicts, or drama associated with that company. Our focus remains on serving our customers, creating quality products, and operating with integrity.

To everyone who has supported BHT Grooming over this past year, thank you. Your trust and support have allowed this small-batch company to grow, and as we move into our second year of business, we remain committed to treating our customers with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
