DU Examination Disruption | 13 December 2025
Today’s examination chaos has once again highlighted serious gaps in exam management at Delhi University. Due to logistical failures, nearly 800 exam papers were not dispatched on time, leading to last-minute cancellations at several centres.
While Honours students were shifted to alternate slots, Programme course exams have now been postponed to January 2026, leaving thousands of students confused, stressed, and uncertain about their academic schedules. For students who prepare for months, such mismanagement is not just an inconvenience—it directly impacts mental health, planning, and trust in the system.
Students deserve clarity, accountability, and timely communication. Examinations are a crucial milestone, and repeated disruptions cannot be taken lightly. We urge the authorities to ensure transparent updates and stronger logistical planning so that students are not made to suffer again.
