I appreciate everyone's support these last few days. After some time to myself and some consideration, I don't plan on quitting but I do need a small break. I don't know for how long, however. I'll be thinking of other ways to make my content enjoyable, budget friendly, and original. And hopefully more frequently. The messages and comments I've been sent regarding this situation have really opened my eyes to how much my videos mean to people, and how many individuals I've influenced, it's amazing. As much as I appreciate the reaction, videos like this are the reason why I feel like quitting YouTube. I make my projects not to compete, but to make large scale projects budget friendly, using accessible materials, and being resourceful. I don't have the money for 3d printers, or fancy equipment/materials to make my projects. I make them with what I got. For the past 2 years my projects have constantly been hated on by people not understanding the premise of my projects. In addition, another creator in this niche, the Wicked Makers, happened to make the same projects as I did. From Dog Day, Yarnaby, Jackie, and The Prototype, people see theirs first and assume it was made first, which leads to comments accusing me of copying, stealing, or just hating on my projects. It's getting to a point where I can't take the constant hate, and people not simply checking the upload dates before accusing me of copying. I'm just trying to make stuff for fun with the limited money I have. Videos like this, comparing me, an amateur maker with no money to a group of professionals with a large budget just doesn't seem fair and leads to so many hateful comments. As of now, I will be taking a break. I don't know for how long, but I just can't deal with the constant comparisons and competitions people make at my expense. I appreciate everyone who supports me, my channel, and my projects. You all mean so much to me. I also appreciate constructive criticism that's thrown my way, that's what makes me do better.
