I am the love that I seek. The feeling of the Heart and Brain Coherence. The Divine Essence of our Humanness. When you get in touch with your Heart Chakra you will literally feel it physically and energetically expand... the tender center of love and pain all in one in a moment of release.
As the Heart expands we discover to bridge the gap between our physical connection to Earth and Spiritual connection to Source. Knowing that if God or Source is Divine Love and I am my own individual expression, I am the love I seek. And that love will always reflect back to you as more love and miracles.
In my Bereavement Program, I teach you how to connect to the Heart Chakra. Not only to heal the pain of loss but as a conduit to help you channel the love of those who have crossed over. Grief can cause us to contract and close off our Heart leaving us to feel wounds of abandonment, disconnected from love, and isolation.
Through Guided Meditation I help you reconnect to your Heart so you may give yourself permission to open it back up. When this connection has reawakened the Heart Chakra, we express movement through the body as it rewires the pain of loss and replaces it with love.
And in these moments we become open to receive the miracle of reconnecting to the energy of our loved ones.
