In Today’s Video, I shared a Greek Chicken Recipe.
Here it is, Dinner tonight!
I grilled it, made rice, and cut up lots of veggies.
Everyone made their own Greek Chicken Bowls.
Sometimes we use Quinoa, sometimes brown rice, sometimes pasta. Tonight Minute White Rice because I had a busy work day.
Just wanted to share how it turns out as a meal. 🍽️

Hey friends! I promise new videos will be coming! Just adjusting to being back to work, a single mom, trying to get back to school ready, go to a Zumba class, go to church, pretend my back doesn’t hurt, and keep up with the laundry! 🧺
