A viewer’s suggestion for a Theatre Bites video on Surrealist Theatre is coming soon.
I’ve also listened to feedback about sourcing non-AI generated imagery, so hopefully this will create a more authentic viewing experience.
Thank you for your feedback. It is gratefully received and truly appreciated.

New Video posted just in time for the Festive Season. The tradition of Great British Pantomime (explained as always in under 3 minutes).
I have added a free download in the comments of a short Pantomime script extract.
I used this with my Year 7 students .
1. They brought the script to life using page to stage techniques.
2. I got them to add in some audience participation.
3. I got them to devise the Cinderella at the Ball scene.
If you decide to use it, let me know how you got on.
Wishing you all an enjoyable festive season x

As well as my Theatre History content, I'm planning content to support the Edexcel GCSE Drama written paper — something I’m really passionate about teaching.
Last year, two of my students achieved the highest marks in the world for GCSE Drama. They had strong coursework marks, but what really stood out was their written paper — each only dropped a single mark!
I’d love to share the strategies and resources that helped them succeed, to support you and your students too.
I'd love to know more about what you teach, so I can make content that genuinely helps you and your students.
